Hey @IncomeTaxIndia, please extend the Tax Audit Report (TAR) due date from 30-09-2025 to 30-11-2025. It’s logical to maintain a 2-month gap between Non-Audit ITR and Tax Audit Report, just like the existing system of 31st July & 30th September. Since everyone including the department knows an extension is inevitable, why wait till the last minute and create chaos? Taxpayers have reported slowness in portal while filing GSTR 3B return today. The persistence of the issue is acknowledged. Technical teams are working to resolve the issue. An incident report has been sent to CBIC for considering extension in the return filing dates.
