@WozniakMarta @scalac_io [2/2] Three is an undocumented enhancement of the game to offer them to select one additional tool (paper or pen) or to enhance the oven based on there reflections to improve the process. This might also be an interesting alternative to bring later more pens in.

@WozniakMarta @scalac_io The original ideal of the provided tools was to create constraints in the system, which makes it quiet intentional to introduce WIP-limits. But if it works with more markers as well to get to a Kanban-system with WIP-Limits there is no need to worry about this. [1/2]

@WozniakMarta @scalac_io Fair point, from my site it is amazing to see that people see the value to transfer my offline game into the online world. It's also a little funny, because random choice which are not really necessary online remain. Like my preference in a Hawaiian-Pizza, which Italiens find ;-)

@erbsedigital Interesting topic, we often underestimate the difference between a typical agile team we support as agile coach and a team of agile coaches. Which makes it relatively difficult to agree on „fair“ transparent salaries, right?

Being a mentor for some is probably the best part of my job. As a freelancer I switch companies often. But I keep active contact with many even way after the contract ended. This is hopefully a benefit for them. It definitely is one for me.
