🚨🇦🇪🇮🇷 The UAE is preparing to enter the war and wants Hormuz opened by force...
Abu Dhabi is reportedly preparing to become the first Gulf state to join the fight as a combatant.
It's lobbying the UN Security Council for a resolution authorizing the use of force to open Hormuz, urging the U.S. and allies to form a military coalition, and actively reviewing how its own forces can participate, including mine clearance and support operations.
The UAE also wants the U.S. to seize Abu Musa island, which Iran has held for 50 years and the Emirates claims as its own.
This isn't just about Hormuz anymore.
Abu Dhabi is using the war to settle a half-century territorial dispute.
Before February 28th, the UAE saw Iran as "a difficult neighbor with logic to its positions."
After 2,500 missiles and drones, burning hotels, damaged airports, and a tanker on fire in its own harbor, that view is gone permanently.
Iran's strategy of punishing its neighbors into pressuring Washington for a ceasefire produced the exact opposite result... it created a combatant.
