Basically it's out of warranty, no replacement and did nothing to improve customer satisfaction. @AltecLansing you guys need to step up to be competitive else none is going to purchase your products if it stops working after few occasions and with poor customer service

Even though headphone was hardly used, I expect Altec customer service to provide a resolution. Instead customer service mentioned that I purchased the headphones in 2016 when I received the replacement only in early 2020 during pandemic. 2/3

Please do not buy any products from Altec Lansing @AltecLansing. My first headset did not work after I used for first time. They sent me a replacement and now that stopped working after an year. 1/3
