Thanks @ramaniyan . Yes, it's easy to be a self-preservationist and suppose that knowledge is our only calling. However, to listen with the heart is inclusive of the world around us and allows us to contribute value. The secret is learning to really listen without letting our own spirit take on the suffering. That is wisdom.
