@ramb_d Whenever I felt miserable as a high school/middle school kid, I sometimes imagined some of my fantasy and video game characters talking to me and soothing me. Kinda reminded me of your story

what pushed me tomake this one is that, when i was in foster care, i felt terribly lonely.
to cope, i imagined the moon and the stars were my friends on the other side of the earth, watching over me. surprisingly, it helped.
so i guess this one is for the lonely children

@ramb_d my parents are awful people and I haven’t had a relationship with them for almost two decades….however, I have at least one moment every day where I’m longing for that kind of love and support. this piece is beautiful and makes me feel seen. thank you for sharing 🌕🤍
