I think you’re going about this wrong. The government is well within its rights to regulate who can call themselves an ICT service provider they already do this with healthcare, engineering, law, and other professions.

EL and M.anifest are both OGs still relevant in this era, thats huge for both of them fr. now let's look at their discographies, both artistes got classic tapes, international rec and maximum success. it's safe to say that the only thing EL has over M.anifest as an artiste is his ability as a producer. All in all, comparing EL and M.anifest is like comparing a $100 cheque to a $100 bill

E.L and M.anifest are two of my favorite Rappers in Ghana 🇬🇭 I genuinely believe they're the Best ever but E.L more for me because I've been following closely since 2011 and he's also the one type of Rapper who makes songs no one else even thinks of doing.
