I made a complaint regarding the Split AC on 18 april vide job ID request 19042650380135 but it was not resolved till dated and then I again registered complaint vide there job ID request 24042650633070 on dated 24 april 26 but day by day they were extending the date of delivery.

@havellsindia Really disappointed with Havells service. I’ve been using your air conditioners, but they’ve stopped working. I’ve raised multiple complaints, including one online 10 days ago, and still no response or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable.

Dear @havellsindia , I bought AMC for my window AC one wet and two dry services are part of AMC for every year. i did raise AC service request & called up customer care but nobody have responded even after 5 days. This is highly unethical & professional behaviour 30042650918501
