In the Nashik @TCS sexual exploitation and forced religious conversion to Islam case, the accused are: Tausif Attar, Danish Sheikh, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, Shafi Sheikh and Asif Ansar. There are two more names that one must remember: Nida Khan (HR) and Ashwini Ashok Chainani - they refused to act against complaints and aided the religious conversion and sexual assault.

Nida Khan , working as an HR Manager in TCS Nasik ignored all the complaints of Hindu girls . Maharashtra police exposed a four-year organized “corporate jihad” and religious persecution racket at the TCS BPO unit in Nasik’s Satpur MIDC (2022–March 2026). Seven female police constables went undercover as employees and caught Muslim team leaders and a Muslim female HR manager (Nida Khan) systematically targeting young Hindu women (and one Hindu male colleague) with sexual harassment, including obscene comments, inappropriate touching, stalking, body shaming, and office misconduct along with pressure to convert to Islam, pray namaz, eat beef, wear burqas, and insults to Hindu deities. Victims’ repeated complaints to the head officer and HR were ignored, and one woman was lured into a physical relationship under a false marriage promise. Nine FIRs were registered, seven arrests made (including Danish Sheikh, Tausif Attar, Shafi Sheikh, Raza Meman, Shahrukh Qureshi, and Asif Ansari, all senior team leaders), CCTV footage is being reviewed, and MCOCA provisions have been applied. It is an institutional failure on behalf of TCS management’s conduct and silence. It is an organized gang operation, and I demand an immediate external audit, temporary closure of the unit, compensation of ₹1–2 crore plus job security for victims, fast-track trials under anti-conversion laws, and personal oversight by Maharashtra CM Dev Fadnavis.

I said this in an X space yesterday and here is my argument. There are bunch of similarities between the UK grooming gang scandal ( Rotherham or Rochdale) and Nashik TCS BPO scandal as striking parallels emerge in the mechanics of exploitation. Systematic targeting of the vulnerable: The UK context: Grooming gangs specifically targeted girls from troubled backgrounds, those in local authority care, or families with limited social capital. The Nashik case: The SIT report highlights that the team leaders and managers targeted women from economically weaker sections. These employees often lacked the corporate confidence to report harassment and were heavily dependent on their monthly paychecks for family survival. Use of institutional blindness: The UK context: A key failure in the UK was the culture of silence among police and social workers who feared being labelled racist or simply viewed the victims as making bad lifestyle choices. The Nashik case: There are similar allegations of institutional negligence. The arrest of the HR Head is pivotal here; victims allege that when they reported the harassment, they were told it was normal MNC culture or were outright ignored, effectively trapping them within the predatory system. Coercion through power imbalance: UK: Predators used gifts, drugs, or protection to create a debt that was later repaid through sexual services. Nashik: The debt here was the job itself. Managers allegedly used their power over performance appraisals and employment status to enforce compliance with both sexual demands and religious rituals (like forcing the consumption of beef or performance of namaz). Grooming vs corporate indoctrination: The SIT has noted that the process was not immediate. It involved a gradual grooming phase where new recruits were isolated from colleagues who didn't fit the group’s ideology. Constant derogatory remarks about their own background or religion were used to break down their self-esteem. Once the victim was sufficiently mentally exhausted or fearful of losing their livelihood, the extreme exploitation (sexual and religious) began. A well-oiled racket is at the centre of both criminal acts. In the UK, the state failed; in Nashik, the corporation failed. Be alert. We cannot afford to look away, again.

Shocking.!! Similar modus operandi.!? I received an anonymous msg 4 months ago. According to the msg, there's a customer service company named VXI, behind Inorbit mall, Madhapur, Hyderabad. 1. The HR recruits mostly muslim men and good looking Hindu women. 2. Most of the cab vendors and the drivers are muslims. 3. There are nearly 20 muslim women in the company but nobody has a Muslim boyfriend in the office but all the Hindu women have muslim boyfriends in the same office. 4. 🚨 NASHIK IT JIHAD EXPOSED: Inside TCS, a Systematic Conversion Cartel Targeted Hindu Women - Victims Speak Out Friends, family, and fellow Indians… what I’m about to share is not some distant news headline. This is a chilling, detailed account straight from the police complaints of nine brave Hindu women who worked at TCS Nashik. What they have described points to an organized “conversion gang” operating right inside one of India’s largest multinational corporations. The accused named in the case are Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, Shah Rukh Qureshi, Raza Memon, and Tausif Attar. Supporting them in the alleged operations were others like Danish Sheikh and Nida Khan. According to the victims, these men had formed dedicated WhatsApp groups where they would regularly share intelligence: which Hindu woman in the office was facing personal problems - a bad marriage, no children, emotional distress, anything that could be exploited. Once a target was identified, the men would move in with calculated precision - manipulation, false promises of a better life, emotional grooming - all designed to make the woman leave her Hindu identity behind and convert to Islam, often culminating in pressure for nikah. The victims say this entire pattern is not random. It is rooted in centuries of deeply embedded hatred toward Hindus, the dangerous superstition that “bringing iman to kaafirs” will book a special seat in Jannat complete with hoors, and the aggressive preaching of sexual perversion by certain mullahs. It succeeds, they believe, because so many of us have been cut off from our own Vedic wisdom and cultural roots. That civilizational weakening creates the perfect environment for weak laws and even weaker enforcement. Let me share what these nine women told the police, in their own heartbreaking words: One woman was publicly grabbed by Danish Shaikh right in the office lobby in front of everyone, humiliating her completely. Later he lured her into a physical relationship and began pressuring her to convert for nikah. Nida Khan allegedly helped him set up the entire trap. Another victim was abused and subjected to vulgar comments about her marriage by Raza and Shahrukh. They even attempted to molest her. When she complained to senior management, she received zero support. Shafi Sheikh would stare directly at one woman’s breasts and smile awkwardly. He would openly comment on her marriage and her supposed inability to have children, then shamelessly suggest she sleep with him to “have a baby.” Tousif would stare at another woman’s chest, point at her private parts, make crude and shameless comments, and abuse Hindu deities right in front of her. Tausif, Danish, and Shahrukh together abused one woman, forced her to offer namaz, and made her eat non-vegetarian food against her wishes. Asif and Shafi touched one woman’s chest and thighs while abusing Hindu deities in her presence. Tausif and others followed another woman outside the office premises, tried to touch her, abused her, and hurled vulgar comments at her. Raza and Shafi touched one woman inappropriately. Raza even proposed to her against her will and tried to force her into a relationship. Shafi made obscene comments about another woman’s body. The group would openly discuss her private life in the office. Raza and Tausif would talk about her personal matters, touch her, and make vulgar remarks about her body. These nine women had the immense courage to come forward and record their statements. But the bigger question that haunts me - and should haunt everyone of us - is this: Were they really the only targets? In an organized cartel like this, how many more women suffered in silence, too scared or too broken to speak? The good news is that an SIT (Special Investigation Team) has finally been formed to investigate this matter thoroughly. This is not just about one office or one city. This is about protecting our daughters, sisters, and wives in the workplaces we trust. This is about recognising that cultural disconnection makes us vulnerable. This is about demanding real justice, stronger laws, and zero tolerance for such targeted harassment and conversion tactics.
