@tylerblack32 You’re right, though I will say, IMHO, that cane sugar foods taste better than HFCS. For example, I don’t drink soda in general, but when I do: Mexican Coke. 🤤

Sugar is sugar! There is no health difference in eating HFCS or Cane Sugar. It's just that most western diets have TOO MUCH sugar. High-Fructose Corn Syrup is 55% fructose and 45% glucose. Cane sugar is 50% glucose and 50% fructose. Both are metabolized the same way.
