I audited 26 indie SaaS landing pages this week. 90% had the same 3 problems. If your page isn’t converting, it’s probably one of these: 1.Headline describes the product, not the pain. “Privacy-first analytics tool” vs “You can finally see which channels actually bring you paying users.” 2. Best copy is buried below the fold. The story, the proof, the ROI – all hidden in paragraph 7. Above the fold is just a vague slogan and a pretty hero. 3.Zero social proof where it matters. Logos and testimonials are either missing or pushed to the very bottom of the page. Fix those 3 and you’ll often see a bigger lift than a full redesign. If you’re launching this week and want a quick audit, reply with your URL and write “audit”. I’ll pick a few and record a Loom teardown.

@Dmarketsniper Makes sense — social builds the why they should trust you, outbound creates the conversation that closes it. For my stage right now X replies + PH DMs is my outbound. The page does the authority part when they click through. What's your average reply rate on cold email?

@raminbuilds Cold email still wins for me because you can control volume, targeting, and timing way more than social. Social builds authority, outbound creates conversations.

Fair question — three reasons: 1. Speed. A UI/UX designer takes 2–6 weeks. Convertly delivers in 5 days. 2. Focus. Traditional designers optimize for how it looks. I optimize for what converts — research, copy, and design together. 3. Price. A good UI/UX designer costs $2,000–$8,000 for a landing page project. Convertly starts at $497. Most founders don't need a brand identity system. They need one page that turns visitors into signups. That's a different job. And yes — Istanbul cats are very real 😄

@raminbuilds Okay this looks really great but why do you think people would prefer this over hiring a UI/UX designer the traditional way? (Also very out of context but isn't istanbul famous for cats😼)

One founder’s landing page headline: “Privacy-First Google Analytics Alternative” That’s also the exact headline of Fathom, Plausible, Umami, and Simple Analytics. Their REAL differentiator — LLM referral tracking (who’s sending you traffic from ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity) — was buried in the subheadline. Nobody scrolls that far. Move your differentiator to the hero or it doesn’t exist.

Exactly right — and it's the most invisible mistake because the copy can be perfect but the CTA kills the conversion anyway. "Book a demo" asks cold traffic for a 30-min commitment before they've decided they trust you. The CTA has to match where the visitor is in their decision — not where the founder wants them. Adding this to my audit checklist. Good lens.

@raminbuilds Strong pattern. I'd add one audit lens: is the CTA tied to the promised outcome, or just book a demo? Founders often fix copy but leave the next step too high-friction for cold traffic.

Spent my Sunday morning finding 26 indie SaaS founders who launched this week and auditing every single one of their landing pages. Almost all had the same 3 problems: — headline describes the product, not the outcome — best copy buried below the fold — zero social proof for a tool asking for high trust Sent them all specific feedback. Let’s see who replies. Building @realConvertly in public.

For a product asking teams to connect Slack and GitHub — the trust bar is high. Social proof that works here: • Company logos (even 3–5 recognizable ones) • A quote from a team lead saying what changed after using it — specific, not generic • A number: "X teams have connected Y integrations" The goal is to answer the unspoken objection: "Is it safe to give this tool access to our data?" Happy to walk through exactly what I'd add on your page in that Loom — takes 5 minutes and you'll have a clear action list after. Want me to record it?

Looked at it — strong copy at the top, genuinely. "Keep your company from forgetting itself" is a good line. Three things I'd fix first: (1) zero social proof for a product asking teams to connect their Slack and GitHub — that trust gap will kill conversions, (2) the rotating headline means visitors get two different value props depending on when they land, (3) the middle section loses non-technical buyers in ML jargon. Also the enterprise CTA goes to a personal email address — worth fixing before any sales conversations. Happy to do a full 5-min Loom if useful. — Ramin

“Right now I’m focused on B2B — mainly indie SaaS founders and small teams that need high-converting landing pages. I’m finding customers through content + outbound: • posting build/process content on X • connecting with founders • cold DMs/emails • offering quick landing page audits • networking in SaaS/startup communities Still early, but the goal is to become the go-to for conversion-focused pages rather than just ‘web design.’”
