NEW: London driver deliberately smashes Muslim woman at high speed in targeted Abbey Wood attack
Metropolitan Police are searching for the driver who intentionally hit a Muslim woman with a car at high speed in Abbey Wood, London, on March 8.
CCTV footage shows the woman being struck as she tried to enter a parked vehicle. She was sent flying over the bonnet before the driver fled the scene.
The woman survived with non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital. Officers describe the incident as a targeted attack.
