@ramyballecter change doesn’t really lend itself to ablaut, usually when /ei/ shifts it’s to /o/, but chonge sounds dumb. I reckon best you can get is change, changed, changen.

I'm fully against any further regularization of English's beautiful strong verbs. One thing I'll be an open and diehard prescriptivist over. If its the past participle you WILL say "molten" not "melted", "dreamt" not "dreamed", "burnt" not "burned"
