A year and a half back, I was on a 6 month bed rest. Did my first ever deadlift today with 50kgs. Not amazing but a great start I think. So proud of myself!

@Hundert1000 I had the best glow-up in SGP last year tbh. It’s like my skin just came to life, the air and water were so clean.

I landed probably like 12h ago and I can already feel Singapore is one of the best cities I’ve ever been to. No traffic, everything efficient, the city is green, walkable and looks so nice that it feels as if it’s a simulation.

Last year Token Singapore was my first solo international trip and I was scared as shit. So every time I felt too anxious or out of place, I would just go to a 7Eleven and speak to any Indian folks working there. They were kind, sweet and generous. Guess you always need a piece of home to comfort you.

Try to think of it as a story that you would tell someone or the way you would want to hear it. Every article is essentially a story. If the topic is on a new software, the story would follow you talking about it including the features, when you found it, how you found it and why it is cool including comparisons, where and how it can be used.

@clairekart Non-technical also makes all the non-coding work sort of unimportant or maybe it is just in my head. Like when I hear someone say that they do non-technical work, it feels like they are ones on the sidelines or the support crew to the coders.

I have to admit, it can be challenging to work with all the non-marketers in this industry Let’s start just saying what ppl do do vs what they don’t do ‘non-technical’ - this literally tells me nothing and feels so antiquated

@aixarizzo The biggest inspiration- travel, even if it is just within your city. You learn so much as a person, notice smaller things you probably never paid attention to, get perspective and if you’re lucky enough, make new friends.

sometimes you need to lock in but if you’re doing creative work, touch grass, do things that don’t involve screens, and visit new places your brain needs it
