
@ToyotaALJ My experience with Abdul Latif Jameel Financing Company has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. They are very fast when it comes to collecting money, but when customers need after-sales service, they completely fail.
For external authorization and other basic services, the branch staff repeatedly give excuses such as:
•“The system is not working, come tomorrow.”
•“Come after lunch.”
•“We are busy today, come tomorrow again.”
This continued for weeks, wasting my time with no result. It is very clear that if you are paying money, everything is done immediately—but if you need a service without payment, they suddenly have endless excuses.
I contacted customer service, and they were useless. They simply redirect you back to the branch without taking responsibility or providing any solution. There is no accountability, no ownership, and no concern for the customer’s time.
Either the management is completely unaware of what is happening at the branch level, or they are choosing to ignore it. In both cases, this reflects poor management and disrespect toward customers.
I strongly warn others to think carefully before choosing this financing company. There are many better options available that value customers even after the contract is signed. With Abdul Latif Jameel Financing Company, once they take your money, you are on your own.
