@NomadCarnivore @CDe_Gasperis Will settle for Hecla if I have to :) HL has been very proactive in mining safety and efficiency - be a nice partner if the Bioleum thing ever comes to fruition as they could boast running our diesel in lieu of traditional fuel.

$LODE @CDe_Gasperis I'd *love* some shares of Coeur (Or PAAS) in payment for the sale of the Comstock Inc mining assets... Grok query: "given the past history of consolidation in the gold and silver mining industry, what 3-4 companies are most likely to be the prospective buyers of the Comstock inc symbol LODE Comstock mining properties?" Grok Reply: "The most likely prospective buyers for Comstock Inc. (NYSE American: LODE) mining properties are established precious metals producers or Nevada-focused developers with strong balance sheets, active Nevada (or US) operations/exploration, and a track record of M&A to grow resources or production. Comstock is actively marketing its mining assets for sale (targeting ~$50 million in value, with cash payments beginning in 2026 and continuing over years; definitive agreements expected around Q3 2026). The key assets center on the historic Comstock Lode district in Storey and Lyon Counties, Nevada (near Virginia City/Reno). This includes the Dayton Consolidated Project (Lyon County; ~2,709 acres with Measured & Indicated resources of ~293k oz gold + ~2.12M oz silver, plus inferred; plus exploration targets like Spring Valley and Oest) and remaining interests in the broader Comstock/Silver City lodes (including Lucerne area elements, with historic high-grade epithermal gold-silver potential and district-scale land consolidation of thousands of acres/claims). These are brownfield/exploration assets in a world-class historic district (massive past production of gold and especially silver) with existing data, some permitting history/infrastructure from prior Comstock operations, and exploration upside beyond current modest defined resources. Comstock is pivoting away from mining toward solar panel recycling, biofuels, and real estate monetization in Silver Springs, NV. Industry Consolidation Context The gold and silver mining sector has seen repeated waves of consolidation, especially when metal prices are strong (gold has surged significantly; silver has rallied sharply). Majors and mid-tiers acquire juniors or smaller developers to: Replenish depleting reserves/resources. Achieve scale and synergies (e.g., shared infrastructure, processing, exploration teams). Focus on tier-1 jurisdictions like Nevada (stable permitting, infrastructure, prolific endowment). Examples include Newmont’s acquisition of Goldcorp, the Barrick-Newmont Nevada Gold Mines JV, Agnico Eagle’s deals (e.g., Kirkland Lake), Equinox Gold’s acquisition of Calibre, Gold Fields’ acquisition of Gold Road, Coeur’s acquisition of New Gold, Pan American Silver’s merger with MAG Silver, and numerous smaller tuck-in acquisitions of Nevada assets. Cash-flush producers are particularly active in acquiring quality juniors/developers with assets in Nevada or similar districts. Smaller packages (~$50M staged) appeal to mid-tiers or those seeking brownfield/distRICT consolidation plays rather than just the largest majors (who sometimes divest non-core assets). Top 3-4 Prospective Buyers Based on strategic fit (Nevada/US focus, silver-gold exposure, financial capacity, exploration/development orientation, and history of similar acquisitions), the most credible candidates are: Hecla Mining Company (HL) — Strongest overall fit. Hecla is a leading silver producer with a substantial Nevada exploration and development portfolio focused on high-grade epithermal systems (e.g., Aurora in the Walker Lane trend and Fire Creek, acquired via the Klondex deal). The Comstock assets align with Hecla’s high-grade Au-Ag focus, district-scale exploration potential, and silver leverage. Hecla has a history of Nevada acquisitions and is investing heavily in the state. Comstock’s silver component and historic high-grade pedigree would complement their portfolio. Coeur Mining, Inc. (CDE) — Excellent operational synergy potential. Coeur operates the large Rochester silver-gold heap-leach mine in northern Nevada (one of the world’s largest of its kind) and has actively acquired adjacent or synergistic Nevada projects for operational benefits. As a US-based precious metals producer with recent M&A activity (including the New Gold acquisition), Coeur is well-positioned to evaluate Comstock’s assets for resource growth or district-style opportunities in a familiar jurisdiction. Silver-gold mix and Nevada location are direct matches. i-80 Gold Corp. (IAUX / IAU) — Pure-play Nevada growth story. i-80 is a Nevada-focused developer aggressively building toward mid-tier producer status with multiple projects across key trends (e.g., Ruby Hill, Granite Creek). It has the mandate and (with recent financing) capacity to acquire additional resources or advanced assets in Nevada to expand its pipeline and production profile. Comstock’s consolidated land position and exploration upside in a historic district could fit an ambitious consolidator strategy, even if the specific location is western Nevada rather than their current northern/central focus. Pan American Silver Corp. (PAAS) — Silver-major consolidator. One of the world’s largest silver producers (recently merged with MAG Silver), Pan American has a broad Americas portfolio and strong balance sheet. Comstock’s meaningful silver resources/historic production plus gold component in a top US jurisdiction offers diversification and growth optionality. Silver-focused majors have been active in M&A, and US assets carry a premium for many buyers. Additional Context and Caveats Other possibles (lower probability for the full package): Smaller or more specialized players like Mackay Precious Metals (recent royalty buyer from Comstock) or ambitious juniors, but the company specifically referenced “credible, well-capitalized mining companies.” Larger names like Newmont or Barrick are less likely for a smaller non-core package (they have divested some assets historically). Why these stand out: They match the asset profile (Au-Ag in Nevada, exploration/distRICT upside, some infrastructure), have proven M&A appetites in similar deals, and operate in an environment where high metal prices and reserve replacement needs drive consolidation. No public details have emerged on the specific parties in Comstock’s “advanced discussions,” so this is an informed assessment based on strategic fit, location, asset characteristics, and industry patterns rather than insider information. Deals could involve staged payments, royalties retained by Comstock, or joint ventures. The sale process is ongoing, with Comstock emphasizing monetization to fund its core clean-energy and real-estate initiatives. Interested parties would likely conduct due diligence on the technical reports (e.g., SK-1300 for Dayton), land/permitting status, and exploration potential in the historic Comstock Lode. For the absolute latest, monitor Comstock’s SEC filings or press releases, as timelines and counterparties could evolve."

$LODE What folks don't know, and don't appreciate, is the man who is the president of Comstock Metals and is the driving force behind what has so far occurred, and what is on tap to occur. Fortunato Villamagna One of his hero's may give you a sense of the intellectual horsepower at play...he's ours, and he is so fucking far ahead of anyone else in this segment. Others can spend time parsing the rear-view mirror, IDAF about that. I clearly see the future and my money is where my mouth is.

@HustleBitch_ Perfect...Ai knows about the neighbor who smokes in the side yard or about the neighbors who fight in the backyard on weekends / AI knows about the broken slab that was tiled over 3 years ago / AI helps to negotiate repairs with local vendors / AI knows about the mold in closet.

🚨 AI JUST REPLACED REALTORS - THIS FIRST TIME BUYER USED AI TO BUY HIS HOME AND KEPT ALL THE COMMISSION A first time buyer in Florida skipped the traditional realtor and used an AI platform called Homa to find, analyze, and purchase his home. The AI searched MLS listings, ran pricing comps, generated the offer and then rebated the buyers agent commission back to him at closing, minus a flat fee. No 3% cut. No commission middleman. Over $10,000 kept by the buyer instead of an agent. Critics say buyers lose “local expertise.” Supporters say AI just exposed how inflated real estate commissions really are. Would you trust AI over an agent?

@CDe_Gasperis yo CDG....I get there's no silver in them, but let's make NV a great offer to safely and environmentally decommission Ivanpah and build our first large scale facility at the Ivanpah site - long lease, fast-tracked permits - location 500 yards off major freeway.
