If you value efficiency over everything else and guide a specific task/project by the 80/20 rule - AI is your best buddy. If you have a task where you need to be particularly thorough and gain a deep understanding of the matter - reduce the ai usage to basic and mundane skills.

There isn’t a place for the debate wether you should be using AI or doing everything by yourself in order to understand the principles and really penetrate a matter. You should be able to move along the continuum between the these two extremes.
