If Joe Lacob doesn't fork up an extra FRP to get Michael Porter freaking Jr for pieces that are useless to their team right now, that is a direct disrespect and a big fuck you to @StephenCurry30 trying to bring the franchise more rings. It's disrespectful to the fans who are tuning in to watch a winning product right now. NOTHING should get in the way of what Curry is trying to do right now, bring a 5th title in his era to match Duncan and Kobe, which elevates the status of himself as an all-timer, but for more importantly, for the franchise, its story becomes that much richer and valuable. The franchise owner is unknowingly taking things away from his own franchise and its franchise player to satisfy his own stubbornness and ego about what he thinks the franchise can be after losing Curry. He's got to grow up and learn to be more selfless because that's what will end up bringing him more historical success. Curry's challenging for MJ/Kobe, someone this good should be given all possible resources to help your franchise win. Lacob must live in the NOW and do what's best for Curry's run. When a franchise loses a Curry, Kobe, or an MJ on their roster, that's a historically epic loss, and you have to accept the reality of that and rebuild from there. You should never deviate from a Kobe or an MJ, and you certainly should never deviate from Steph freaking Curry.
