Not sure what is going on with these so called teen riots and or takeovers. Personally I would place most of the blame on Parents and on social media. Too many Parents want to be"friends" with their teens and pre-teens instead of Parents. It is called discipline folks. Another issue I have is with Parents buying cell phones for 8 and 9 year olds and then not taking the time to monitor what they view.
