Met up with my two oldest daughters here in DC.

My daughter Emily is running the 4x800 relay today in the state finals & just learned she's an Academic All State selection.

After 8 yrs of prostate exams, my Doc now says the recommendation is to start doing this at age 50. I wish they thought of that 8 yrs ago!
