In Syria - the tribal council, known as the Tribal Army in DeZ, Raqqah and Hassakeh - has issued a 24 hour deadline to the tribal formations to join their ranks. They issued an ultimatum that Kurds are either removed from the current positions within the Syrian government or war will be declared.
