PGM section of IAF is actually looking good. Before 2020 it was just Ruski and yahudi kits... Sudarshan and HSLD was bare minima...
Now we have projects for SAAW, Rudram 1, R2, R3, R4, LRGB Series(Gaurav, Gautham, Garuda, Garuthma) & hopefully Pinaka AL..

Assuming the render is remotely accurate in size terms, Rudram 4 is larger than Rudram 3 & with more range & better payload. 1x R4 per MKI instead of up to 4x R3 - Catch up on the Rudram series: x.com/i/status/19359… & specifically Rudram-3 here: x.com/i/status/19505… & here:x.com/i/status/19764… - Also the pylon looks similar to the BrahMos airborne launcher which would be a sensible choice if it's indeed what it looks like.
