stay firm in the new story but also live your life. if a manifestation is taking so much of your time and energy, in my opinion you may be too anxiously attached to it. don’t put your life on hold for one thing

Even if you don’t believe your affirmations, keep repeating them anyway. Belief is not a requirement for it to be manifested. As long as you’re telling yourself the new story instead of the old one, it’ll manifest regardless of the circumstances
