According to Action News 5, the feds said that they have no hard evidence (including video surveillance) that shows Pooh Shiesty or Big30 possessing a gun or threatening Gucci Mane during the alleged robbery. They also added that no “concrete evidence” has been found in Big30’s car or in Pooh Shiesty’s homes during their arrests. However, a judge still found probable cause to move forward with the robbery and kidnapping case based on cellphone data, outside surveillance footage, and victim statements.
