@LeoJayTweets i've been fortunate enough to not experience anything gutting like this, so i cant talk from experience on this here, but ive heard time doesent heal, it teaches us how to live with the pain, its a big difference. you've survived every hard day of your life up until now. 1/2

Everyone says time heals. in my experience it does not, it makes it worse. it gives me more time to overthink and and regret things. i truly dont know how much longer i can take this, rock bottom just keeps getting lower. I have a complete inability to let go of the past
