In announcing changes to its NIL approach, USC names House of Victory, Tommy Group, South Bay Athletic Club, CI Program, 3400 Club and Victory Formation as third-party collectives that have participated in its NIL education session re: NCAA rules, university policy, compliance.

Victory Formation is headed by Manny Hernandez, a USC alum and financial advisor to former Trojan athletes, and Jeff McKay, grandson of legendary coach John McKay.
