Well I had to have surgery on my neck due to a parathyroid that wasn’t functioning properly. So thankful for my husband being with me today and making sure I had all my stuffed animal friends with me.

Vulnerable post: My dad has not been good to me since i was a child, i haven't talked to him in years but my sister told me today he's in the ICU on a breathing tube and I don't know how to feel about it. I don't talk about my stuff but I just needed to let it out. I'm sorry.

Thank you feels so hollow for what this means to me. This degree was my dream out of undergrad back in 2011. I was told I couldn’t do it, so for years I didn’t try. Now a few weeks shy of my 35th birthday, it’s done.

@emilykmay National parks are also great venues that aren’t as expensive but you do have to put in a request to get a reservation a year out to the month of the wedding date
