Nobody can say that vouchers benefit students. There are no tests and no safety measures. So, the only ones benefiting are rich parents and schools that take the money. It’s costing AZ $1B and we have no evidence that anyone is learning.

Arizona’s out-of-control ESA program is justifiably under fire by the Auditor General. But did you know that private school employees aren’t subjected to the same fingerprint clearance as public schools? Public funding should come with the same safety requirements.

It would be redundant to have two police depts to enforce the same laws in the same geography, double the cost There are fixed class sizes with endless real estate and the same number of kids. If the costs were the same per kid we’d have the same total costs, at worst break even. But we can save a fortune moving a$16,000 kid to a $8,000 ESA. A true win win The real beauty is we treat kids uniquely, finding a best fit school with unique goals & outcomes. Not a commodity at all, the best way to optimize for each child/family Simple logic & math

I mean if we’re following Friedman at least that would be more ideologically consistent than a socialist grant with tax money.
