@ArchangelBranch @paulatreideez I think that's the point about Jessica and Paul. they're evil as hell but motivated purely by love. We can see that in both books and movies, but in the movie it's just more "dark" because Villeneuve wanted to make the message of his film clear as possible.

Every "evil" act done by Jessica is made purely out of love and that includes Paul's birth as a male.
