Mr. Carlson's class recently engaged in a two-week lesson on food preservation. This unit explored various methods such as frozen, smoked, dried, canned, pickled and fermented foods. Students learned all about the equipment, the science and the methods of food preservation.

Yesterday, we hosted a Lunch & Learn at our Hamburg Campus. We thank Senator George Borrello, Senator Patrick Gallivan, Assemblywoman Karen McMahon, and Assemblymember Jon Rivera for attending. They toured our campus and enjoyed lunch catered by some of our culinary students.
