@laura_e_mon @Finnair They lost my bag on 13th Oct, it is officially lost now and Finnair is giving me 20% compensation for the value I proposed for my belongings. The customer service doesn't give a s*** about customers. Hope you get your bag soon enough.

@Finnair bags missing for 4 days already and advised they won’t arrive to my destination until 23 November. Drove 4 hours to airport to collect as told they’d arrive today. Dnata are useless and no Finnair numbers work from Australia so can’t contact anyone. Please help!

@Finnair @FinnairNews - You lost my bag in Paris on 13 Oct 22. Now, after 40 days, you are offering a 20% compensation of my actual value with the reasoning that compensation can be provided only on the basis of receipts. How many of your employees keep 100% receipts for clothes?

@oliver06012125 @Finnair I lost my bag on 13 Oct, after 40 days today I received a reply from Finnair that they will be able to provide 20% of my claimed compensation since they only give compensation on 'receipts'. I hope you have 100% bills for things in your bag.

@Finnair Booked my first trip with Finnair. Was very excited as I've heard good things about Finnair. Unfortunately my bag was lost for the entire trip. Filed a case with customer service but have been getting dismissed by "Peter". Please help!
