POV: Life’s amazing, it’s a beautiful night… until intrusive thoughts remind you of that one big mistake you made 6 years ago

@raw_ideass Not seen one realize life but this looks really funny.

Great examples of genuinely helping in DMs (without being a leech):
1. Spot a problem they mentioned publicly → send a quick, specific resource, tool, or framework that solved it for you.
2. Share a relevant connection: “You’d vibe with X, here’s why + their ”
3. Give concise, high-signal feedback on their post/idea/product when asked or when it’s obvious you can add value.
4. Offer a 5-minute call if you see real synergy (only if you actually mean it).
5. Send a thoughtful follow-up later showing you remembered what they said.
The key: be useful first, expect nothing back. Real connections form from repeated value, not one-off asks.

plz give me some examples of how you guys help ppl in DMs?

@raw_ideass if you are smart about it and DM people (actually build connections and be helpful - not leech off people)... you can change your life

@raw_ideass But there are alternatives to smoking people can also bond through.
English

if i could (magically) change one thing in the world, i’d make smoking harmless.
let people have their morning coffee with a cigarette again. the balcony conversations. the after-dinner pauses. the tiny excuse to step outside and think.
the best social "glue". the best solitude amplifier.
unfair that it kills you.

English

it’s funny because this is genuinely the best approach
Simply not thinking about stressful situations makes you less stressed

critter@BecomingCritter
interview today they asked me what i do to cope with stressful situations and i replied "nothing in particular i just focus on the next task" and i got the vibe that this was a very bad answer

@Rationale_Male i made 3 apps, they all flopped.
