This tyranny of KYC must end @RBI I flagged this harassment faced by all during my intervention in the Banking Amendment Bill debate. When nothing has changed why should customers constantly “update” their KYC.? This KYC updation is a vicious business where certain firms profiteer from the outsourced contracts.
Kunal Purohit@kunalpurohit

The cost of mindless exercises like KYC verification: A 59-year-old stood in the queue for 3 days outside his Indian Bank branch in UP's Sonbhadra. 4th day, he collapses and dies outside the bank, waiting for his KYC verification. Bank had said no fund transfer without KYC. Worse, when he collapsed, the bank rushed his family out of the branch rather than helping him. @RBI @FinMinIndia janchowk.com/zaruri-khabar/…

@PMOIndia @RailMinIndia Forget recovery, do u know an average traveller should be ready to loose double the wages when he decides to travel by Indian railways. 11 hr late between Itarsi and Nagpur is a world best record & we are consistent in it 👏 👍

@SawanYadav2 @DrNitinShinde5 Dr Nitin is referring to body fat storage, not about dietary fats. Simple carbs and sugars from junk food are responsible for that build-up which weakens your immune system. It's not by organic ghee or coconut, on the contrary they are healthy.

More Fat >>> More Inflammation >>> more fever >> less endurance to the infectious diseases Adipocytes do not only play a role in lipid storage, but also on metabolism & inflammation through the secretion of cytokines and adipokines, such as leptin ( Pro inflam ) & adiponectin ( Antiinflam ). Both of them regulate levels of TNF and IL-1 which are the masterminds of inflammation lane.

Diabetes and Sleep + Emotional Health 1. Insulin is an important harmone in controlling eating behavior and energy maintenance by the hypothalamus in the brain. 2. The knockdown of insulin receptors in the hypothalamus triggers depressive and anxiety-like behaviors in mice. 3. Brain insulin resistance causes disturbances in the Hypothalamus Pituitary Adrenal gland axis which leads to inadequate handling of chronic stress facilitating the development of sleep deprivation anxiety , mood disorders and depression. 4. Diabetics also have elevated circulating levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines , like tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) which is responsible for depression and impaired performance on memory tests. 5. The sure shot way to strengthen emotional health and prevent mental health problems in diabetics is to improve insulin resistance.

@DrNitinShinde5 Consuming Xylitol (a constituent of gums and mouthwashes) in any form reduces pneumococcal carriage, this is an added approach to prevention. Xylitol is also rich in Kal Jamun, so one should have plenty in the season time.

The season of Invasive Pneumococcal disease has started here in Central India. A lot of people with strep pneumonia, Meningitis and bacteremia. The severity of the pneumococcal disease is due to significant inflammatory response induced by the activation of complement pathways and cytokine release by cell wall proteins, autolysin, the capsular polysaccharides and DNA released by bacterial end products. This is a difficult illness to manage even in a robust medical facility.
