@iJaadee yep! my phone has so many limits and downtime schedules now that i’m really doing one hour worth of consumption daily and then back to real life or my computer for work mainly.

am noticing how screens are trying to suck my energy and distract me from staying busy, doing things that actually move my life forward. insidious demon, screens are our final boss as a computer girl, however, i still believe there is a balance to enjoying them and not being overtaken

I knew I was an avoidant from childhood when if a friend stayed over, I’d wake up w this feeling where I’d want them to go home and I’d feel so put off, weird and avoid them the next day. All day the next day I’d just be cold and stand offish. And if they didn’t leave, I’d just get mean until they did. I didn’t understand it at all.💀
