Day 24 !! ~ 3000c (overestimated) ~ 11k steps ~ no chapter read ! i went and saw obsession with my friend tonight !! my morning started off not the best i cried heaps, but im gonna take things as they come and keep myself distracted! i also need to stop this cycle of overeating

Day 23 !! ~ 850c ~ 13k steps ~ no chapter read good day but really bad day idk. i did good with food but not the best day i feel really bleugh idk. breaking up feels weird
