@Renegade17651 I’ll agree with Bruce and Barbara here but my question is, has it ever occurred to some people that the ”worst options” aren’t always the worst options? Like do some people even pay attention to the characters feelings or not? Just be glad they’re a happy and healthy couple.

A trope that I detest is when the hero has multiple love interests, but ends up with the worst possible option. This is especially infuriating when they had much more organic chemistry with the other love interests, who were also far more interesting characters.
