หนูไม่ต้องขอโทษอะไรเลยนะก้อง เรื่องแบบนี้มันไม่มีใครอยากให้เกิดขึ้นอยู่แล้วจริงๆ เพราะงั้นอยากให้เลิกโทษตัวเองนะ หนูไม่ได้ผิดอะไรเลยสักนิดเดียว
เข้าใจเลยว่าหนูคงกังวลและคิดเยอะมากๆ แต่ไม่อยากให้เก็บทุกอย่างไปกดดันตัวเองเลย ทุกคนยังรักและซัพพอร์ตหนูเหมือนเดิมนะ ตอนนี้อยากให้หนูพักผ่อนเยอะๆ ดูแลตัวเอง กินข้าวอร่อยๆเลย หนูแคร์ทุกคนแล้ว ทุกคนก็แคร์หนูมากๆเหมือนกัน เป็นห่วงหนูมากๆเหมือนกันนะ และที่สำคัญอย่าลืมสนใจความรู้สึกตัวเองเยอะๆนะอ้วน รักตัวเองเยอะๆเหมือนที่พวกเรารักหนูเยอะๆเลยนะ🥺🤍🫂
