A quick Progressive Muscle Relaxation exercise🧘🏾♀️: make a tight fist w your hand and slowly open it to an open palm. That relaxed open palm is how your whole body should feel including your hips & Ms. girl!
& For the girls💕: I have a strong theory against kegels for trauma and that you should be doing quite literally the opposite & practicing to relax your 🐱 Ms. Girl prob already tight from that unconscious clenching in the hip area
Trauma in the hips or wherever you “store it” really just means you may be unconsciously clenching/bracing certain muscles in our body that do not feel comfortable (due to trauma) fully relaxing.
Kegels can be good as a part of Progressive Muscle Relaxation exercises, where you learn to feel the difference between when your body is clenched vs when you are fully relaxed
