A few “brand” mocks that aren’t usually accurate have him lower too— but he’s pretty consistently considered a lotto pick. May he the second non-freshmen drafted (Philon).

Draft is supposed to be loaded and he will be 23 at the start of next season with a mediocre jumpshot. MAYBE he can be a rotational piece, but the lottery is too for him to go that high.

@TBWSHFan @jakewinderman Hardly. That was a bone head decision, but putting Haugh at the 4 and ditching the two big lineup dominated Iowa. Maybe it was a little late, but he made a huge adjustment that turned the game around. Too bad he blew it with that press

@FloridaBBHour You can't always have two bigs on the court at all times. Especially when they can't stretch the floor. Getting lost on PnR because it's tough for them to always be out there. Haugh at the 4 is the answer, but don't think that's a lineup they've run too much this year.

@BOGBackup1 I could see him being drafted way lower than expected. His jumper is pretty broken. Feels like he releases while still on the way up. Makes it inconsistent. NBA spacing does suit his strengths more for cutting, etc

@JacksonB_99 @hudackom1 Coop isn't breaking up the Point/Kuch and Hagel/Cirelli duos. Guentzel is awful on the top line, but great with the second. Really limits what he can do unless he goes way out of the box and plays Jake at center or breaks up the Gourde line.

A good thing(s) that comes from just the one move today: It means Goncalves is close to returning, as is Nick Paul, and it gives us a chance to use Oliver Bjorkstrand as he was intended to be used, not as a 4th liner. Goncalves-Paul-Perry should be L4 once fully healthy.
