Most of these loan apps took advantage of people's desperation. They went ahead and got people blacklisted. Most people acted out of anger. I remember I renegotiated the amount owed and I cleared. It was very unfair how they locked people from accessing financial services like loans from banks by getting them blacklisted by Credit Reference Bureau but also not paying is lame.

Honest talk. You saw how Branch loan app almost shed tears in court narrating how Kenyans have refused to repay them loans worth 800M. 800M is colossal amount. Why have you refused to repay and yet that money helped you?
