Only one trade today, missed it by a bit. Right after the session ended, the exact setup I was waiting for finally played out. It is what it is..we stick to the rules and stay flat.

Yeah we just need to get comfortable losing more. It’s just a number. The moment you accept loss without emotion… you’re dangerous. And you’re doing that with beeing comfortable losing less.

Basically break even today. 1 loss and 1 trade ending in the green. Price was not moving much today. Usually end trading at 3pm EST. Decided to get out of the trade to counter my loss. Onto the next.

Market’s not really in its best shape today… you all know why. Took 2 trades: First one: -0.5% (~-$47) Second one: +$70 Fees hit ~20$ per trade, but I’ve got 50% rebate → so ~10$ actual. On paper, pretty much breakeven. That’s trading. Not every day is for pushing. Some days you just manage risk and stay in the game.
