@nlzazik @AllyCare Oooh I should tell you about @rbfcu and their practices of it’s not good enough that you send the account holders id in with your deposit, and they have bad cameras and can’t see the account holder, so they make bring the elderly inside to bank.

Spent 30 mins on a call with @AllyCare and still cannot make a transfer or utilize Zelle. Unacceptable. Been in the banking industry for 15 years- this is easily the worst app/customer svc experience I've encountered. Disappointing for a growing bank in Charlotte; will be moving all our💵

@rbfcu Someone please give me the cheat code for getting past the new AI phone assistant to get to lending. Or better yet, please just bring back hitting 3 for lending ...was that really so bad? She takes forever and doesn't understand anything, which has added multiple HOURS to my queue times over the past month, trying to finalize a loan. Me: "Lending" / "Loan status" / "I need to talk to someone about my loan" (apparently none of these are the correct answer) "Sorry I didn't get that - what kind of recreational vehicle?" ?!?! Then I sit in a 20+ min member services queue, so that a human can transfer me to another 20+ min queue for lending. 🥲
