@SouthernBMA As part of the South East Temporary Staffing Collaborative, we had planned to lower our bank rates to bring them closer to line to other local Trusts. However, we have paused this and invited representatives of the South-East BMA to meet to discuss concerns raised.

Appalled at @RBNHSFT that they have seemingly ignored national agreements and imposed rate reductions on medical staff. 😡 If trust senior management do not agree to a meaningful consultation today we will be escalating. BMA have honoured national agreements and trusts must too!
