🐣 April Job Planning Tip #1 Job planning is a contractual process, not a tick‑box exercise. Trust sign‑off targets (eg 95%) must not override your contract. It should be collaborative and individual 👥📄 #JobPlanning #Consultants #SAS

I don't think many people realise how annoying it is for those repaying student loans to be told that the "right" measure of inflation is CPI, not the RPI+ they are charged on their outstanding loans. Goes for all graduates, not just doctors.

📣 Statutory Sick Pay is changing Under the Employment Rights Act, SSP becomes a day 1 right & the lower earnings limit removed. This will help some LEDs & may particularly benefit disabled doctors. The BMA is here to support members who need advice/ help navigating changes.💼✅
