Great read on culture and its importance in business and I would add all settings, including family and personal relationships. It is true that culture is constantly changing and evolving in organizations. That is the role of the leaders, to ensure the culture is consistently applied, aligns with the organization's values/purpose and is inviolate. This is where most leaders come up short, they have the "right culture", but by not holding others or the company accountable, their culture becomes meaningless. As we celebrate #iwd2024, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible women in my life who have made a difference. From my wife of 40 years, @slbuff, who has been my rock through thick and thin, to my mom, an elementary school educator who instilled a love of learning in me from a young age. I also want to recognize the amazing women at @TrilogyLiving , including @angelapowell73, @rhondasimmonds , Cheryl Johnson, and our CEO @LeighAnnBarney , who have been pioneers in their field. It's clear to me that things go better when women are in charge, and now I'm grateful to have three fabulous daughters-in-law who continue to enhance our family dynamic.
