@3YearLetterman I don't know why everyone is making fun of the guy. I've met plenty of women who were promiscuous until they met me...

Good Lord Jesus this app has peaked again
Trevor Sheatz@TrevorSheatz

My wife was formerly promiscuous. I was a virgin. She was then radically born-again. Committed to church, evangelized constantly, Puritan books in her bedroom, prayer journals, grief over past sexual sin, etc. We got to know each other well for over a year, dated for four months, engaged for two and a half, and didn't sin sexually with one another. Our first kiss with each other was at the altar on our wedding day (reaction pic attached!). We've been married for over five years now, and she's been the most wonderful and godly wife, mother to our three children, and homemaker you could imagine. She's more pure than most virgins, as biblical purity has less to with past sins (though they certainly matter) and more to do with one's current posture of the heart and daily decisions to honor the Lord (Matt. 5:8). We're far too quick to forget the story of the woman labeled as a known "sinner" (likely a prostitute) in Luke 7:36-50 who was washing Jesus' feet with her tears while kissing them too. The Pharisees were shocked that Jesus let a public sinner do this. Jesus responded with a parable about debts being forgiven and ended with this powerful conclusion: "Her many sins have been forgiven; that’s why she loved much. But the one who is forgiven little, loves little" (Luke 7:47). Everyone seems to highlight the benefits of virginity, and it certainly is a blessing. But we forget to highlight the benefits of being forgiven much as well. My wife knows the depths of Jesus' forgiveness more than most people, enabling her to more easily live out a life of passionate love for her Savior. A woman or man's past sexual sin matters. But what matters far more when it comes to deciding who to marry is if the person is truly born again, if their repentance is real, if they truly have a heart for Christ, if they truly follow Jesus and obey his commands. "God has chosen what is foolish in the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen what is weak in the world to shame the strong. God has chosen what is insignificant and despised in the world — what is viewed as nothing — to bring to nothing what is viewed as something, so that no one may boast in his presence. It is from him that you are in Christ Jesus, who became wisdom from God for us — our righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, — in order that, as it is written: 'Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.'" (1 Cor. 1:27-31) "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!" (2 Cor. 5:17)

@3YearLetterman My wife was promiscuous too in her past life. I cleansed her Va-jay-jay in the River Jordan hoping she'd be reborn. My wife is still promiscuous, but at least she's baptized.

If someone argues that a former promiscuous woman is "damaged goods" and questions whether a Christian young man should marry her, remember Rahab. She was a Canaanite prostitute but became a mother in the lineage of Jesus. God redeemed her, cleansed her, and Salmon married her.

BREAKING: Just five minutes before Trump's announcement to halt the attacks on Iran, massive trades reportedly hit the market. In one move, $1.5 billion in S&P 500 (ES) futures was bought while $192 million in oil (CL) futures was sold. These orders were 4–6x larger than anything else at the time. The trader seemingly made huge gains. Unusual.

I'm told things got quite heated behind closed doors just now. When Rep. Summer Lee was asking about it essentially being a hearing without cameras, Chairman James Comer responded, "It's a briefing!" "Are you trying to find information, or are you trying to embarrass the attorney general?" Comer said. Lee responded that Bondi could defend herself and she was questioning Comer about the logistics. "You wasted three minutes of everybody's time, kind of bitching," Comer then said. There were audible gasps inside the room.
Annie Grayer@AnnieGrayerCNN

Rep. Summer Lee said she asked Oversight Chair James Comer in closed door meeting if he would force Bondi to comply with subpoena for a deposition and relayed “Instead of answering as an adult, he said that I was bitching”

@TouchlineX As a Charlotte FC season ticket holder who was away this weekend at a wedding, I knew this ticket was an easy sell. Happy to see none of the big guns turned out for Miami and the game was basically boring. Yay me!

🤯🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Around 80% of the tickets for the Inter Miami vs Charlotte game were sold because fans were hoping to see Lionel Messi in action. However, when supporters reached the stadium, they learned that Messi wouldn’t be playing. Inter Miami kept it a secret until 2 hours before kick off.

DEAR ARSENAL… I’m 54 and, whilst I’ve never supported you, I’ve enjoyed so many games you’ve played in and had huge respect for you through the years, especially as a kid growing up in the 80s & 90s I respected Pat Jennings, Tony Adams, Kenny Sansom. As well as the likes of David Seaman, Ian Wright and Steve Bould. I remember watching you win the title on TV in ‘89 at Anfield with Micheal Thomas’ last-minute strike. Football at its finest. I was pleased for you. Decent set of players who played the game the right way. But, like many, I have to say something has changed. In a big way. This isn’t just because I support Brighton and you beat us over 60ish minutes on Wednesday night. (And yes, I mean 60.) It’s because of your whinging manager, your time-wasting and your blatant cheating. Football at its worst. I realise you and your supports won’t care. Because it’s win at all costs, right? Well, I suggest caution. Some relative neutrals have and will become bored and disillusioned with the brand of football and overall behaviour you are building your success on. Taking 31 minutes in one game to restart play? Utter madness. You’re quickly becoming the team so many want to see fail. (Again.) And right now, like many, the following sums me up… “Anyone but Arsenal”

@DollarBill_60 “BillyDollar” I cannot tolerate this level of disrespect! Coach Letterman is literally a youth football coaching LEGEND!! His ‘win at all costs’ methodology has turned boys into American men. Now just answer the waterbed financing repo calls, you know it makes sense.

🚨 BRAKING 🚨 Don Lemon has just been illegally ARRESTED by federal officials in connection with the church interruption. Hear’s why that’s illegal 1. The first amendment protects your right to interrupt a religious service with speech. This is necessary to preserve the separation of church and state 2. Federal officials cannot arrest him unless he crossed state lines. As a Minnesota resident, he did not, and only the local police can arrest him I expect these charges to be dropped
