Crews working today & Wednesday morning to remove concrete barricades in Memorial Park. One southbound lane on Fifth St from New York St to Omaha St closed during work period as will one westbound lane on Omaha St from Fifth St to Mount Rushmore Rd. Use caution in affected area

PACTOLA WATER REPORT/JUNE 30 UPDATE: Bureau of Reclamation earlier today recommended City of Rapid City increase water flows from Pactola Reservoir from 52 cubic feet per second (cfs) to 60 cfs to comply w/requirements to maintain sufficient supply for downstream water rights

(Update): West Boulevard south from West Rapid Street (Nikko Street) to West Main Street closed by Rapid City, Pierre & Eastern Railroad for emergency railroad crossing repairs. TSC has put up traffic control this morning and the closure is anticipated for today into tomorrow.

Crews on scene of water line break in 2200 block of Arrow Street. Water service is impacted to dozen homes. Repairs estimated to be completed by noon today. Vehicle access maintained in area. Motorists advised to use additional caution when driving through the work zone.
