I've had to counsel on multiple new diagnoses (many of them new to me requiring outside reading) this week, and I have to prepare for a research presentation next week. How are we supposed to do it all? Where are people getting the emotional and mental bandwidth? Is it just me?

This encapsulates my thoughts so well. I don't know why we're going "back to work!" as if everything is fine now, and how we're supposed to do that. I am emotionally wrecked by the #TexasPowerOutage and the 500k COVID deaths. Isn't everyone else?
