On-site Counsellor Doncaster The Employee Resilience Company (TERC) are providing an on-site counsellor at Tickhill Road Hospital every Friday from the 26 of May 2023. These sessions are open to all RDaSH colleagues. Check the intranet for more information

Stress Awareness Month - Day 28 A lot of people struggle to drink enough water throughout the day which can cause a vicious cycle: thirsty because you are stressed and stressed because you are thirsty. Aim for 2 litres per day to hydrate your body.
