Every ecom brand that scales hard will hit a point where their hero product dies out. At some point, one product won't be enough. Your hero can’t carry you forever. Most ecom dudes start looking around at what others in the space are launching. Supplement brand adds protein. Bag brand drops a wallet. Makes sense. Same customer. Same category. Build it. Spend three months on it. Launch it. Nothing works. Three months wasted. Budget burned. Still no second product that sticks. Blame the product. On to the next one with ‘’massive potential’’. Meanwhile Comfrt, a hoodie brand, launched a blanket. Nobody saw it coming. That blanket became the most sold blanket in America. 70%+ repeat rate across the whole brand. They just listened to their customers. When the next product comes from customer signal the launch is already warm. The people who asked for it are ready the day it drops. You already paid to acquire them. No extra CAC. Just margin. Caden Lane did the same thing. Baby apparel brand. Noticed everyone buying pajamas as a gift also threw a stuffed animal in the cart. The customer showed them. They just saw it. Built it. Your customer is already telling you what to build next. You're just not listening. Check your reviews and see what people keep asking for that you don't sell. Go through your DMs. Look at what's consistently ending up in the cart next to your hero product. The signal is already there. And when you find it, timing matters. If you’re testing a product close to Q4 you’ve missed out on the biggest launch period of the period. Test in May or June, you’ll have real data by July. Enough time to reorder and be fully stocked by Q4. Your next winning product already exists, your customers have shown you. They’re just waiting for you to take action.

day 241 in ecom. long post here but it’s for those asking about my profit margins. i honestly don’t track my profits i still need to hire a bookkeeper & i also cannot figure out how to get my triple whale to calculate profit margins correctly. BUT i do keep track of my cogs & i did the math the other day of adding up my all time cogs plus adspend, & then my all time revenue. & i’ve done around $140,000 in revenue & $137,000 on adspend & cogs lol. plus chargebacks, refunds, fees, my video editors, subscription tools, etc. i’m negative. but that’s fine i’m not in this for quick profits i’m in this for the long game. that’s $140K worth of learning & i’m trying to build something with mrr that i can exit one day. my mrr store is only less than 3 months old & i have $12K in mrr stacked & doing $2K days. the profits will come. this is a crazy 7 days a week 365 grind & most of you beginners are in for a rude awakening if you stay in this game long enough. a lot of the mfs posting revenue screenshots on here will never (truthfully) talk about how much profit they actually make cause chances are it’s slim to none & they just want you to buy their course from their big revenue screenshot. & they’re prob blackhat. also whoever says you only need like 1-2K to start ecom is setting people up for failure. you’re not gonna print money from day 1 on your first product. & you don’t want to have to rely on your shopify payouts to stay above water. ecom is expensive. you need money on hand to scale & pay invoices & pay off your credit cards & many more things. this shi is draining both mentally and financially. but if it was easy everyone would do it

@reach_fff why do people keep asking me this. i’m literally break even or profitable almost every single day for the last 2 months on my first store. plus i put zero time into that store now. i rarely even upload new ads it just runs on its own. my 2nd store gets 100% of my time & energy

Out of 450 ads this is their TOP performing one
Rudolfs@ecomrudolfs

This store went from 55k monthly visitors to 338k in just 2 months Will drop all the info on their funnel below Here’s the issue tho… They have: - fake reviews on their lander - paid video testimonials (which is not disclosed) And the biggest red flag is their pre checked subscription box I personally don’t care what they do but shopify payments will. Sooner or later they will either get a massive hold or a complete termination just because of these things. They are all outlined by a shopify employee in a recent tweet you all probably have read. If you have similar shit on your store then its time to switch away from SP By using the right setup you could: - still host the store on shopify - keep all the reviews - continue having a pre checked box - and you actually own the subscription tokens So even if you get a wrongful termination on one of your MIDs (which you will see happening across all of ecom on all processors this summer) You still own the tokens and can simply transfer to a new MID (not possible on SP) This is obviously all done through a CRM So Shopify can’t touch you You may not see it but a lot of 6-8 fig per month stores are adapting to this setup to mitigate risk. If you have no clue how to set this up I can point you in the right direction, Just send me a DM. Alright and now for the info on the brand that I promised to share: Here is their top performing ad: app.brandsearch.co/ad/0jW0yQ Main lander they send traffic to: getlirae.com/products/ceylo… Selling mainly in the US, the store is only 9 months old and is on pace to do 1mil a month in revenue. Go study them!

@jforjacob Audience network issue happened to us last month, excluded the placement on the account level and ad set level. The recent traffic spike on accounts has been because of something else.

Last few days saw my sitewide CVR drop by 50% overnight coupled with large traffic increases. Checked ad account and my CPC for some high spending ads in the US was around $0.13 Meta randomly spending a lot on audience network placements for some ads with extremely low CPC’s, terrible CVR and bad CPA’s Anyone else seeing the same thing?

This woman sold 64,000 bottles of her $32 holistic medicine product in the last month That is over $2 million in revenue And the craziest part? She’s not even real She’s an AI creator Mamaariella posted the proof yesterday and I had to confirm it for myself. This AI character talks about holistic medicine And one thing I noticed immediately was her consistency She has been posting volume content consistently since last year. She makes 4 to 6 posts every single day Every video on her page speaks directly to the pain points of the audience. Out of curiosity, I clicked the link in her bio to check her Amazon page Over 64,000 bottles sold🤔 At this point, I’m beginning to think relationship niche is not the right niche for my AI influencer😩 Maybe I should switch to holistic medicine because what are these numbers? The interesting part is that the workflow is actually simple. You create an AI avatar Choose a niche with strong demand Create problem-solving content consistently Then stay visible long enough for people to trust you If you want to learn how to create AI influencers like this, we teach the full workflow inside the AI Income Hub Register now, we have just 10days to go Link is in the comment👇

Image is one part The primary text is next You need a super strong hook & storyline in the primary text > continue this story in landing page pushing more for the sale (mechanism / outcomes etc)

Ugly ads scale brands to $100k a day. They are great at getting customers' attention. Yes, they don't win design awards, but who gives a fuck. Bank account > ego inflation. Swipe file of 206 ugly ads: app.gethookd.ai/share/board/18… Copy and print mfers
